We do it via LeadSurf.us Newsletter sent via email. Our newsletter is no ordinary newsletter since it gives out rewards such as the following: extra site credits, extra banner impressions and text ad impressions.

It can be done thru our official Leadsurf.us telegram channel , telegram bots and public groups. They're addresses are located at the website's footer.
LeadSurf.us also uses skype group to update it's membership.
We are just starting so watch out for more chat networks to be added in the near future.
